Most of the cases are mine. When programming the program or connecting the chip, KEIL is stuck, and then it prompts "No Cortex SW Device Found"

Problem with the line? Or is the usb drive current weak? Try another interface and a shorter cable.

I found that this problem often occurs when using JLink, and the microcontroller is often locked. I have never encountered this problem with STLink.
