How to convert differential input to single-ended output?

Hardware design
十月 23, 2020 by Bibi 937

I need to convert a differential audio signal into a single-ended audio signal, and then use a power amplifier to amplify it.

I wonder if there is any good way?

I made a design by myself and implemented it with LM358. The circuit can work, but I feel that the output audio is distorted and lost words.

If your in+ in- output is not far from the power amplifier input, long-distance transmission is not required. For example, the transmission distance is less than 5 cm. Directly use IN+ or IN- to output to the power amplifier, and leave the other output unconnected. LM358 is not good for audio amplifier, SR is too small. The output sound is not bright. Change to NE5532.

If LM358 is powered by a single power supply. Input Phone_IN+ and Phone_IN- to add a DC blocking capacitor respectively.

The static output voltage should be one-half of vcc, not only half a cycle. Is the broken sound caused by chopping caused by excessive input voltage or excessive gain?
