Why is the output terminal of this power amplifier circuit a MOS tube?

As shown in the figure, why are there two mos tubes at the output end and why not use triodes?

The power consumed on the MOS tube is the output current of Rdson*. If the transistor has a saturation voltage, it will dissipate the output current of Vcesat* anyway, and this is a linear circuit.

It is probably because JFET has higher input impedance than triode.
