How to superimpose the power carrier 5V square wave and 32V voltage?

Hardware design
九月 18, 2020 by Brylee 1245

The 5V square wave output by the XOR gate is superimposed with the 32V voltage after passing through the FET, (that is, the square wave is to be raised by 32V), and the power supply is connected to the carrier. I don’t know why it can’t be superimposed. The 32V output voltage is also controlled by the FET. The superposition is not processed on the circuit, but the square wave and the 32V voltage output are connected together. Is this correct? Is there any good way to help? I am very grateful.

Just add a bootstrap capacitor.

Since it is the power supply voltage, naturally 5V pulse and 32V both need sufficient driving capability, and the superposition circuit cannot affect this capability. Simple XOR gate, where is the driving capability of ordinary power level.

This modulated power supply, if the carrier frequency is not high, the reference terminal of the power supply can be modulated to achieve pulsation of the output

If the frequency is relatively high, you need two power supplies plus at least one high-frequency power switch circuit to achieve (low voltage 32V through a diode output, high voltage 37V through the switch output, or both through the switch output)

You can try this method. The capacitance and resistance are selected according to the frequency of the square wave:
